It's free, provided as-is, and meant to inform — not to advise. Use it to evaluate your own MSP. The model and content are open — licensed CC BY 4.0, so you're free to share and adapt them, even commercially, as long as you credit us. And this free reference is not AI Autopilot, the separate paid platform.
A free reference, as-is
The Agentic MSP Operating Model is a free reference tool, provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee it's complete, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Directional, not professional advice
Everything the tool outputs — maturity levels, gap findings, benchmarks, and especially the valuation estimate — is directional and educational, not professional advice. The valuation figure is an illustrative benchmark, not a formal business valuation, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or security advice. Use it to inform your decisions; confirm the ones that matter with a qualified advisor.
How you can use it — CC BY 4.0
The model and content are licensed Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You're free to share it and adapt it — for any purpose, including commercially — on one condition: give credit (“The Agentic MSP Operating Model by AI Autopilot,” with a link), note if you changed anything, and don't imply we endorse you. It's opinionated and brand-stripped on purpose; it complements your PSA, it doesn't replace your own authoritative data. (The benchmark and valuation figures are directional, drawn from third-party research, and aren't part of the open grant.)
Ownership & the two layers
Two layers, licensed differently. The application code stays proprietary to AI Autopilot. The model — the taxonomy, the catalog content, the canonical record IDs — is open under CC BY 4.0; the stable IDs are stable by design so your integrations (and AI agents) can map to them. We want the model adopted widely — that's the point of a standard. What we sell is the AI Autopilot platform that reasons over it, not the reference itself.
This reference ≠ AI Autopilot
This free reference is a standalone tool from the makers of AI Autopilot. It is not the AI Autopilot platform itself — that's the separate, paid product that automates MSP work at scale inside your PSA. Using this reference creates no obligation to buy anything.
