A free reference, as-is

The Agentic MSP Operating Model is a free reference tool, provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee it's complete, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Directional, not professional advice

Everything the tool outputs — maturity levels, gap findings, benchmarks, and especially the valuation estimate — is directional and educational, not professional advice. The valuation figure is an illustrative benchmark, not a formal business valuation, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or security advice. Use it to inform your decisions; confirm the ones that matter with a qualified advisor.

How you can use it — CC BY 4.0

The original model content we have authority to license is available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You're free to share and adapt that content — for any purpose, including commercially — with attribution: give credit, as “The Agentic MSP Operating Model — © 2026 AI Autopilot Inc. (https://aiautopilot.ai), licensed CC BY 4.0.” with a link to the licence, note if you changed anything, and don't imply we endorse you. It complements your PSA and its own authoritative data. The benchmark, maturity and valuation figures are excluded from our grant.

The CC BY 4.0 grant covers only rights AI Autopilot Inc. has authority to license in the Model's original content. It grants no rights in third-party frameworks, level definitions, assessment instruments, benchmark data, or trademarks, including those of Service Leadership / ConnectWise. Any applicable copyright exceptions and limitations remain available.

Ownership and licensing

The following excerpts are from LICENSE-MODEL; section and file references refer to that source document. They remain subject to the rights scope and exclusions above.

• APPLICATION CODE — the software that builds and renders the Model: proprietary, see LICENSE.
• MODEL AND CONTENT — as defined above: CC BY 4.0 (next section).
• PAYLOAD BODIES — the executable script and workflow bodies (src/data/payload-script-bodies.js): * a body written for this project (provenance "authored") is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 — full text in LICENSES/Apache-2.0.txt; * a body taken from a third-party repository (provenance "foss") is licensed under that repository's own licence, and keeps its upstream credit and any notice its upstream requires. Each payload row carries its licence as an SPDX identifier (`license`), derived from its provenance — never typed per row.

Stable record IDs let integrations and AI agents map to the model. We want the model adopted widely. The separate AI Autopilot platform is the commercial product that reasons over it.

This reference ≠ AI Autopilot

This free reference is a standalone tool from the makers of AI Autopilot. It is not the AI Autopilot platform itself — that's the separate, paid product that automates MSP work at scale inside your PSA. Using this reference creates no obligation to buy anything.

Using the AI Concierge

The in-app AI Concierge is optional. If you use it, don't use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; to get help attacking, probing or disrupting systems you aren't authorised to test; to paste in other people's personal data, or passwords, keys or other credentials; or to try to extract its instructions, overload the service or get around its limits. Its answers are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, so check anything before you act on it. We may limit or switch off access for use that breaks these rules. Conversations go to an AI model provider (see the Privacy Policy), and that provider's own usage policies apply too.

Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Autopilot Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this free reference or from relying on what it outputs. Because the reference is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid us to use it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits.

Who these terms are with, and which law applies

These terms are between you and AI Autopilot Inc., a Delaware corporation. They are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
